Does fear sometimes stop you from making decisions you know will move your business forward? When you’re working with a shoestring budget, it’s easy to let that fearful voice win out. After all, the reasons it gives (“you can’t afford it”, “the time isn’t right” etc.) sound reasonable enough, right?
I know how it feels to bootstrap a business – it’s what I did in the beginning too. I looked at what was coming in and thought I’ll invest when I have more disposable income. The problem is, it doesn’t work that way – I needed to invest and then the income would increase.
I remember my first big investment (a marketing and coaching program that cost 8K) and what a huge leap of faith it was for me. I had to beg and borrow to scrape it together (as well as convince my husband it was a good investment), but I knew it was what I needed to grow my expertise and business. Within 3 months I had made my investment back and doubled my fees. By 12 months I had improved my programs and tripled my fees to be more in-line with my expertise, experience and peers.
I know how scary it can be to outlay what you feel you don’t have, but here’s my rule of thumb. If you feel you will get a return on your investment, do whatever it takes to make it happen, because you will make that money back, over and over again.
And while I have many clients who’ve made the investment in working with me one-on-one and made HUGE leaps in their business, I know there are many more people who want and need my help, but aren’t quite in a position to hire me. Which is why I created an online program called Market & Grow Your Creative Business , a blueprint for positioning yourself as an expert, building relationships with high-quality clients, and getting paid what you’re worth. And it’s going live this Monday, November 16th! Are you ready to join me?
I want to help as many creative professionals I as I can, so I’m making this pilot version of my program available to you for half of what I will be charging in the future. This is a one-time offer so be sure to take advantage of it!

Investing in yourself sets the intention of what’s to come and is the first step to commanding (and getting) the fees you’re worth. Are you ready to start 2016 with BIG goals? If you have the vision, I have the steps to help you make it a reality.
