How it works:
Step 1: Free introductory call
We’ll begin with a conversation to discuss your challenges and goals, determine whether the Intensive is the right fit, and identify the areas where our work will have the biggest impact.
Step 2: Pre-session discovery and kick-off
Once you’re on board, we’ll schedule a 45-minute discovery session. Here we’ll go deeper into the challenges or opportunities you shared during our introductory call and identify where it makes the most sense to focus our work.
After the call, I’ll follow up with thoughts and recommendations for your day. The Intensive is structured around three 90-minute working sessions with strategically timed breaks to maintain energy, focus, and momentum. This is your day, so we’ll go back and forth as needed to tailor the agenda to your goals and working style.
Step 3: Two weeks prior to your Intensive
To ensure we make the most of our time together, I’ll send a tailored questionnaire to help you gather your thoughts, ideas, and information. I’ll review your responses in detail so we both come to the session fully prepared.
You’ll also receive access to a private shared Google folder where you can share any additional materials you think may be helpful.
Step 4: Your One-Day Intensive
Your Intensive can be held in person or virtually.
- In person: We’ll meet in a comfortable, private space designed for focus and creativity.
- Virtual: We’ll follow the same agenda, with intentional breaks to stay energized and engaged.
All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive a summary of key insights and next steps after the day is completed.
You’ll leave with clarity, alignment, and an actionable roadmap you can begin implementing right away.
Step 5: After Your Intensive
To help you turn insights into action, you will receive the session recordings, transcripts, action items, and worksheets in a private Notion dashboard.
You’ll also have 30 days of follow-up email support to answer questions and help you stay on track as you put your roadmap into motion.

Additional Coaching Options
FAQs:
The recordings and materials are yours to keep. I ask that you download them to your own drive within 30 days so we can delete them from our drive. You will receive a reminder email before we delete anything.
The 30 days of email support begins 72 hours after the completion of your VIP day.
To support you in maintaining your momentum while the information is still fresh (and to help Justine do the same), we do not offer any extensions on the 30 days of support.
We require 50% of the fee to secure your spot in Justine’s calendar, with the remaining 50% due 48 hours before the session.
Due to the time intensive nature of preparing and scheduling a one-day intensive, we require 72 hours notice to reschedule a virtual day. If you wish to cancel your VIP day, we require notification prior to your kick off session (which happens 2 weeks prior to the day). If we receive notice prior to the kick off session, we will refund you your 50% deposit. In the event that you cancel after the kick-off session, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
