How it works:
Step 1: Free introductory call
Set up a free introductory call with me to discuss your objectives and let’s see if we’re a fit.
Step 2: Pre-Offsite Discovery and Kickoff
We’ll start with a 45-minute strategy call to clarify your goals for the offsite and pinpoint the outcomes that will make the biggest impact on your business. Building on the priorities you’ve already shared, I’ll develop a customized agenda that balances big-picture strategy with actionable next steps.
Each offsite is structured around 90-minute working sessions with strategically timed breaks to maximize energy, reflection, and momentum. This is your leadership team’s time to step back, realign, and move forward with clarity, so we’ll collaborate closely to ensure the day is designed around your unique goals and culture.
Step 3: Preparing for your Offsite
Two weeks before your offsite, I’ll share a tailored pre-work questionnaire for each participant to complete. This step helps your team reflect on current challenges, priorities, and goals, so we arrive aligned and ready to make the most of our time together.
Step 4: Your Offsite Experience
Your offsite can take place in person or virtually.
If we meet in person, we’ll gather in a private, comfortable space designed for focus and creativity. If we meet virtually, we’ll follow the same agenda structure with intentional breaks to maintain energy and engagement. All sessions will be recorded, and your team will receive a summary of key insights and next steps afterward.
You’ll leave the offsite with clarity, alignment, and an actionable roadmap.
Step 5: After Your Offsite
We know that insights mean nothing without follow through, so we’ll be here to support you as you put your ideas into action. You’ll receive a concise summary of key insights, priorities, and next steps to help you translate decisions into action. With 30 days of follow-up email support, I’ll be available to answer questions and provide additional guidance as you and your team put your roadmap into motion.
