Craft your unique positioning and stand out in the market place

Half-day strategy and planning session

Module 1: Define what makes you unique

At the end of this module, you will be clear on what unique gift YOU bring to the world and how that talent benefits people who genuinely want and need your services

Module 2: Budgeting and goal setting

At the end of this module, you will be clear on how much you need to make, have created “regular”, “stretch” and ”outrageous” goals and started to identify the services you need to develop in order to meet those goals

Module 3: Construct your ideal client profile

At the end of this module, you will know exactly who your ideal clients are, what they struggle with or aspire to and what they need right now. This knowledge will help you create services, messaging and a marketing strategy that resonates with your ideal clients and draws them to you.

Module 4: Know who is in the market place and get inspired by people you admire

By the end of this module you will know what gaps you are uniquely equipped to fill in the market place, and how to model what others are doing well, saving your precious time, money and energy.

Module 5: Craft your compelling marketing message and story

By the end of this module, you will know how to build an emotional connection with your ideal clients through your message and story. Prospects will quickly understand what you have to offer, why you do what you do, what’s in it for them and how they can work with you.

Module 6: Find your ideal clients in large numbers

By the end of this module, you will know where to find your ideal clients in large numbers, how to network naturally and effectively, and start building your thriving network.

Module 7: Build your sales funnel

By the end of this module, you will know the exact steps your ideal clients need to take in order for you to close the sale, and how to create compelling, authentic content to achieve that goal.

Module 8: Create your proprietary system or process

By the end of this module, you will have defined exactly what you offer clients and created your proprietary system or process. This helps your prospects see exactly how you will help them, builds confidence, streamlines the on-boarding process and increases your closing rate.

Module 9: Package and price your services

By the end of this module, you will have an outline of services that help your ideal clients quickly recognize you are the solution to their problem and self-select as customers before you even speak with them.

Module 10: Create Your Lead Magnet

By the end of this module you will have created an enticing free gift that resonates with your ideal client’s needs, communicates how you are the solution to their biggest challenge, and increases quality opt-ins to your list

Attract your ideal prospects and create website content that converts *

Half-day strategy and planning session

Module 11: Create a plan for your website

At the end of this module, you will know how to structure your website and create content that engage qualified prospects and draw them into your sales funnel.

Module 12: Create a marketing plan

By the end of this module, you will be clear on the 8 key elements of a marketing strategy and how to build a strategy that is fun, effective and sustainable.

Module 13: Identify which marketing tools work for you

By the end of this module, you will be clear on what marketing activities align with your natural strengths, how to get started, and streamline your efforts to get better results in less time.

Module 14: Build your list

By the end of this module you will have a list building strategy in place that draws warm prospects to you and into your sales funnel

Module 15: Create your editorial content and calendar

By the end of this module, you will have created “buckets” for content that are tailored to your ideal client’s needs and interests. You will learn the tools for creating fresh, engaging content that inspires, encourages engagement and connection and turns prospects into paying clients.

* (N.B. we will focus on website content and flow only. Client may choose to incorporate any changes in their current website, or choose to create a new website. Either way, design and programming services and associated fees, are not included in this package)

By the end of this module you will know the exact steps to crafting a compelling proposal, negotiating your rate, and landing projects.

Module 18: Manage your client and the project like a pro

A happy client is a repeat client. By the end of this module you will know how to meet and exceed your client’s expectations, while establishing and maintaining your boundaries.

Module 19: Craft your Introductory talk and speaker one-sheet

One of the best ways to establish credibility as an expert within your field and attract new clients is by public speaking. By the end of this module, you will have created a signature talk that inspires and engages audiences, from an intimate lunch and learn to a key note speech
